Booking Conditions

• Deposits: A deposit of 10% of the total cost of your stay is required to secure your booking.
• Payment of the balance must be made on arrival.
• Cancellations:
• Rooms are normally available from 3pm.
• On leaving us, we prefer that you clear the room by 11.00am to give us time to prepare for any incoming guests.
• LIABILITY: We do not accept liability for damage or bodily injury sustained at or whilst staying with us unless caused by the negligent act or omission of ourselves, and/or anyone acting on our behalf and on our lawful instructions. This includes loss or damage to vehicles and their contents and to any possessions of yours or of any member of your party. Please note that there is an unfenced pond area within the grounds that may be hazardous to small children. Parents must supervise their children in the grounds at all times and take full responsibility for their care and supervision.
• CHANGES TO OUR BROCHURE: We have made every effort to ensure that the photos and descriptions in our leaflet/brochure and on this web site are accurate, and we reserve the right to make small changes as required from time to time.

• Click here to open the Availability Calendar button in a new window
• Select and click on the tick boxes for the dates you would like to stay with us, then click on "Make Booking Request" at the bottom of the page.
• Fill in all the details on the following page and click on "Send Completed Enquiry"
• On receipt of this we shall confirm availability and establish a provisional booking.
• We shall confirm the availability to you by email.
• We can accept Euro cheques drawn on a bank in France or Sterling cheques drawn on a bank in UK.
• Once the deposit payment is cleared we shall send you confirmation of your booking both by email and by regular post.
• The balance of your payment must be made on arrival.
